Life at Elim Village
Elim Village Life Lease program: Residents put down a lump sum commitment, ranging from $204,000 to $309,000. This is known as the deposit. The deposit can be 100% or 50% of the market value of the suite. The Society will give the resident 2.9% on the deposit and the 2.9% is used to reduce the monthly rent by anywhere from $204 to $747 per month depending on the suite chosen. The agreement is good for five years and your rent will not be increased during that time. If the resident must leave the Village, 95% of the deposit is returned to them.
