Your one-time gift to Elim Society is welcomed and appreciated. Any donation will make a difference in the lives of our residents.

For only a few dollars per day, you can make an impact. Monthly donations are a convenient way to provide regular support to seniors living in our communities.

We value our investor program as a large percentage of Elim’s development has been funded through private investments. Typically, our investments carry a 3 or 5-year term and interest is paid on an annual basis.

Donations can be made in memory of loved ones who have passed away or in honour of the achievements of those still with us. Celebrate the life of someone who has personally touched you and ensure their legacy has a positive impact on the lives of others.

Help us by holding your own fundraiser. Proceeds from fundraising events can be used to directly support our communities of care. There are many types of events you can host including garage sales, walk-a-thons, barbecues, car washes and more. Corporate fundraisers or seasonal celebrations are also great ways to create support for our mission. We are happy to brainstorm ideas that help you to raise funds and awareness for Elim Lethbridge.

Making a planned gift in your will is a meaningful way to leave a legacy to your own life and show support for what you cared about during your lifetime. Charitable bequests help us ensure optimal care for future generations.

It is Elim’s hope to receive future estate gifts in order to secure the future financial viability of the Elim Society.

Memorial Landmarks – These are currently available in the form of common areas memorials. Elim is open to discussions regarding more significant gifts to support larger projects such as gardens, public areas and equipment and buildings.

A donation of securities or mutual fund shares is the most efficient way to give charitably. With a donation of securities or mutual funds, capital gains tax does not apply, allowing you to give more and avoid paying capital gains taxes. Learn more about charitable tax credits here.
